Understanding Our Lease

In an effort to increase transparency, we publicly post our lease for anyone to review. Below, you will find a copy of our lease to download along with a general explanation of each section.

We try to use the same standards across all of our properties. However, every property is unique and requires some customization. (For example, a property that contains a laundry room for common use will have slightly different rules than a property without laundry accommodations.)

Signing a lease provides both landlords and tenants with clear terms and conditions outlining the relationship and the rental agreement. Doing so also establishes the rights and responsibilities of each party involved.
