Trash Policy

FULTON STREET PROPERTY

Please adhere to the city’s trash regulations. 

Do Not place garbage or other property on the sidewalk for pickup during non-service hours. Please retrieve any items not collected by the city. If the Landlord is issued a code violation ticket by the city for having trash/property in front of the building that was left by a Tenant, the Tenant will pay such code violation ticket in a timely manner in accordance with the Lease Agreement.

Trash must be carried to and placed on the side of the street. 

Trash pickup for Fulton Street is Monday morning and Thursday morning. 

Trash may be placed outside after 5pm the evening before.

JERUSALEM PLACE PROPERTY

Please adhere to the city’s trash regulations. 

Do Not place garbage or other property on the sidewalk for pickup during non-service hours. Please retrieve any items not collected by the city. If the Landlord is issued a code violation ticket by the city for having trash/property in front of the building that was left by a Tenant, the Tenant will pay such code violation ticket in a timely manner in accordance with the Lease Agreement.

Trash must be carried to and placed on Salem Street. Be sure that your trash does not to obstruct the driveway or local businesses. Sanitation employees will not walk down or collect anything off of Jerusalem PL.

Trash pickup for Salem Street is Monday morning and Thursday morning. 

Trash may be placed outside after 5pm the evening before.

Tenant shall not store a trash/recycling can or receptacle on the roadway without prior authorization from the Landlord/Property Manager.
